Metal with character. Spaces with a signature.
MDV Metal Design Vidić
A family-run workshop with a heritage of craft.
Contemporary metalwork made to measure for spaces and people.
About us
A family story at the heart of the brand
MDV Metal Design Vidić is a family business where metal has been worked for generations.
What began as a workshop that taught patience, precision and respect for the material is today a studio creating contemporary metalwork for private and commercial spaces.
Naš potpis nije samo u čeliku i aluminiju –
nego u načinu na koji slušamo prostor, arhitekturu i ljude za koje radimo.
We work slowly when it is time to think.
We work precisely when it is time to build.
And no project leaves the workshop until we would put our name to it.
Services
Metalwork shaped by the space
We study the architecture and how the space is used, then shape the metal to last – today and ten years from now.
Awnings and canopies
Sturdy, well-proportioned structures that extend the architecture, following the light, the space and the way it is used.
Railings
Metal as part of the spatial composition: clean lines that shape movement and the character of an interior.
Steel structures
Safe, durable structures developed with precision, from drawings to fabrication.
Interior metalwork
Tables, shelving and frames shaped as the load-bearing element of a room's atmosphere.
Aluminium windows and doors
Discreet architectural frames that connect indoor and outdoor space.
Trust
Behind every piece of metal are people, not machines
MDV is a family story built over the years through projects, relationships and trust.
Every piece of metal that leaves the workshop carries the signature of the people behind it.

Why MDV
Our approach
A heritage of craft
To us, metal is not just a material but a responsibility. Our knowledge is passed down within the family, from one generation to the next.
Our signature on every project
We don't do off-the-shelf solutions. Every project carries the character of its space and our own hand.
Quiet luxury
Quality that doesn't need to announce itself – you see it in the connections, the finish and the proportions.
A reliable partner
Architects, developers and private clients know that with MDV, nothing is left to improvisation.
Selected projects
A project that defines the space
A private residence for which we developed steel structures and interior metalwork as an extension of its architecture.
The focus was on proportion, connections and long-term durability.
